Plane is faster and cheaper but the train is a lot more fun.Why not take the train there and fly back?
Answer 2 :
Airplane for sure. It's like 6 days travel on ground. Check an airline's webpage for the price.
Answer 3 :
sorry no train here. I live here. get an air line \ticket u
Answer 4 :
Amtrak does not go to Las Vegas. Your only option is taking a plane. http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/cheap-flights.php
Answer 5 :
Amtrak discontinued service to Las Vegas in 1997. The two largest cities in America without train service are Las Vegas and Phoenix. The three Amtrak stops closest to Las Vegas going east to West are (1) Kingman, AZ (2) Needles CA, and (3) Barstow CA. Each of these stops is roughly 2.5 hour drive from Las Vegas and car rental is very expensive in these cities. ----------------------------- Although enthusiasts might disagree with my stark assessment, the only long distance train trip that is worth taking in America is Chicago to Seattle with it's incredible views of the Rocky Mountains.
