Write to the Chamber of Commerce or any Hotel and they should give you a whole bunch of freebies.

We just booked a 3 day trip in May which includes airfare and a suite on Travelocity. They had the best deal. Go on a Sun- Thurs. Weekends are usually more expensive. You can also look on the hotels' websites to see which weeks are cheaper.
