How to travel to Las vegas from Phoenix?
What is the best way to travel from phoenix/Tempe to Las vegas by land?Are busses available?If so which bus and where to board them?Are trains available?

Us Airways or Southwest Airlines must have some pretty cheap fares out there. Southwest tends to be cheap and very affordable, with great customer service.

I usually drive. I go down the I-10 to the 303, and follow that up to US 60. Head up that way. If you're going during the day, you'd want to head through Laughlin as opposed to going over the dam, otherwise, you'll have to combat lots of trafffic. You could probably get a greyhound bus there, but it might take longer than just driving yourself.
